SECURITY:
- NEVER GIVE OUT THE DOOR CODE!
- Every person who is registered with office staff has a door code.
- Report any issues or problems to the managers ASAP.
- Neighborhood watch mentally applies; if you see something, say something. *After Hours call 911 !
PARKING & VEHICLES:
- RV & Vehicles are to only park in your site.
- Up to two vehicles are allowed per RV site in addition to RV, but only as space in the RV site can allow.
- If additional vehicle parking is needed, contact the office to inquire if additional parking spaces are available.
- Park RV within the site lines but allowing room for any slide-outs.
- Aisle ways/ roadways must be kept clear 24/7. Emergency Vehicles must always have clear access.
- No Parking or driving through empty sites.
VISITORS:
- All visitors must be registered with office staff upon their arrival.
- Visitors must park within your site lines or in vehicle parking by the office as directed by office staff.
- Vehicle parking fee will apply if visitor's vehicle is staying overnight.
CLUBHOUSE:
- Restrooms, Showers, Laundry, Indoor Heated Pool, Soaking Spa, Dry
- Sauna, and a TV Lounge room.
- No Alcohol in the clubhouse!
- Laundry is Cashless, but App based pay-to-use.
INDOOR POOL ROOM:
- Every Swimmer must sign in for the pool and take a cleansing shower before entering the pool room.
- Children under 18 years old must be in attendance of an adult at all times when using the pool room as there is no lifeguard on duty!
- Children must be at least 3 years old in order to enter the pool room and be fully potty trained. No exceptions.
- No diapers of any kind.
- Bathing suits only; no street clothes.
- Bottled water only in the pool room (no food or drink).
- Arm floaties, kick boards, pool noodles, life vests are OK in the pool.
WIFI:
- Park Wifi is provided as a basic service to contact family, make reservations and watch TV.
- It is not for web gaming, conducting business, web calls, or downloading movies.
SITE CONNECTIONS:
- Power, Water, Sewer.
- Sewer Hookup = Red Square with Red Cap in the site.
- DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE FOR SEWER.
- High water pressure - use a pressure regulator.
PETS/ANIMALS:
- Max of 2 pets/animals is permitted per RV site.
- Your pet/animal is your responsibility.
- All pets/animals must only use the designated pet relief areas (Both grass areas on either side of entrance = pet areas).
- The site and park planters are not for your pets/animals to use instead of the designated pet relief areas.
- Leash and pick up after your pet/animal at all times! City ordinance pet/animal laws are strictly enforced.
- Please keep your dog/animal from disturbing others.
- No pens, kennels, dog houses.
- Pets/animals must be leashed at all times and are not to be left outside unattended.
GENERAL PARK RULES:
- Parents are responsible for their children's conduct at all times.
- Be courteous to your neighbors and our other guests
- Up to 6 persons and 2 pets/animals allowed overnight per site.
- No Alcohol in the clubhouse at anytime.
- No smoking in the clubhouse at any time.
- No trash or recycling is to be left outside the RV.
- No Charcoal BBQ 's. Propane BBQ grill or electric Traeger grill OK!
- No Fires (wood, or propane)
- No awning stakes
- No wood stairs or ramps
- No Tarps or Tents
- Do not hang laundry on RV or from any shrubs/trees.
- Abusive language or rowdiness will not be tolerated

FROM I-90 GOING WEST: Take Exit 11, take 3rd ramp under to overpass for 150th Ave SE, go to stoplight for SE 37th Street. Turn left, keep to your right on SE 37th, stay to the right of the tunnel, we are just 100 yards further.
FROM I-90 GOING EAST: Take Exit 11-A, take the ramp for 150th & SE 37th Street. Stay in the left lane to the stoplight, cross 150th and continue east on SE 37th Street. Stay to the right of the tunnel, we are just 100 yards further.
