When can I check in?

Check in is 1:00 PM or after.

When do I have to check out?

Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Can I reserve a specific site?

No... we will have a site ready for you.

Do you allow tents?

No.

What is the maximum rv length accepted?

45ft (tip to tip).

What is the maximum detachable towed vehicle length accepted?

24ft.

How many people are allowed per site?

Total of 6 registered guests, adults (18 & older) and/or children (17 or younger) combined.

Do you have full hookup sites?

Yes our sites are full hook up’s (water, sewer, and power), with the exception of single back in sites in Bellevue.

What is your reservation and payment policy?

Our reservation policy is a non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights fee to guarantee a reservation. All sites are first come, first served until a deposit is received and reservation confirmed. Deposit can only be received & processed by contacting the RV park office directly and speaking with site management. For security purposes, we do not take credit card information over the internet only by phone! We accept Visa or Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. We do not accept PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH.

How many pets are allowed per site?

Maximum of 2 pets, dogs or cats allowed per site.

Can we put up kennels or pens in the site?

No, nor dog houses.

Where can we walk our pets?

We have a designated pet walk area or you can take them out of the park to some where else. We provide pet bags for our guests to pick up after their pets.

Do we have to have our pets on a leash?

Yes, they must be on a leash any time they are out of your RV. You must not leave your pet out side your RV unattended.

What is your WIFI policy?

It is provided as a basic convenience for our guests to check emails, and to do simple web browsing. It is not provided for guests to conduct business, watch or download videos, skyping or internet gaming. Please sign off after using our WIFI.

Do you have cable TV?

No.

What are the pool times?

They are the same as the office hours. Children must be at least 3 years of age or older and be fully potty trained, in order to be permitted in the pool or pool area at any time.

Can we use our fire place or have campfires?

No wood or propane or any other type of fire place is allowed in the park for safety! Propane BBQ only.

Can we put out rugs?

You can use rugs as long as they are not on the lawn. Please no rugs on the lawn as it will kill the grass in as little as 3 hours.

Can we have friends or family visit us?

Yes, friends and family can visit you as long as they check in at the office and they park in the visitors parking area or there is room for the to park completely in your site. Please only park in your site & not your neighbors!

How soon can we expect a call back after we have submitted a reservation request?

We try very hard to return all reservation requests with in 12 hours. Please remember we are not a call center. We are also running the office and handling guests. We don’t return international calls.

How come you don’t answer the phone at times when I call?

Our customers that are in front of us come first, and then the customers that have made a reservation request. If you call and don’t leave complete information as to type of RV, the length of RV, how many slides and where located, how many in your party, when you are looking to come in to the park and your name and call back phone number ! We will not call you back!.

Can I stay at Trailer Inns with my tiny home or converted vehicle?

We are sorry but at this time we do allow mini/tiny homes nor do we converted school buses or home converted vans.
